At ACS Vocals, we understand that open communication is key to a successful working relationship, which is why we’ve created this helpful FAQ section. Turn around time

Standard turn-around time is 3-5 business days for low volume orders. Very rarely do we exceed this threshold but if we do we will reach out to discuss your options.
High volume orders may take between 7-10 business days.
Orders are scheduled within 24 hrs of receipt.

Delivery of files

Vocal orders will be delivered (WET) in .wav format and sent via (weTransfer) to the email address associated with the order.

What does your price include?

Our all-inclusive prices cover everything you need, from lyric writing to vocal performance to studio time, to ensure that you get the perfect end-product.
Rap recordings include (3) lead tracks and one ad-lib track .
Singing recordings include (3) lead tracks and harmony stack

In the creative world everything is subjective. Please be thorough in the ordering process to ensure complete satisfaction.

If our team made a mistake we will fix it free of charge
If you made a mistake during the ordering process or left out vital information it will be the regular price per 8 count to re-record.
